Metric Jam Nuts

Metric Jam Nuts are the same width (wrench size) as Hex Nuts but are thinner, which saves space but also reduces their strength. Unlike other metric nuts, their Class is stated as a two-digit number with "0" as the first digit—as in Class 04 and Class 05. Thin nuts are classified as Style 0, so it's important to always include the leading "0." Coarse and fine machine screw threads; steel, stainless steel and brass; plain and zinc plated are available.
