Metric Thread Rolling Screws

Metric Thread Rolling Screws have a trilobular shank with coarse machine screw threads that roll (form) mating threads as they work harden the mating material. The result is superior prevailing torque capable of resisting vibration-induced loosening yet drive torque required for installation is low. A punched or drilled pilot hole is required and chips are not created. Choose from 6 Lobe, Hex and Pozi drive styles and Flat, Hex Washer and Pan Head types. Zinc plated steel and stainless steel can be supplied.
